Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us through our website or email info@vexora.co.uk  with your order number to arrange a return.

Changed your mind?
Return items unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Trying them on is fine. You are responsible for return postage.

Faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us so we can put things right. We cover reasonable return postage costs. Your rights for faulty goods continue beyond our 30-day returns period.

Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier.

Your legal rights
For online orders, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to notify us of cancellation, then a further 14 days to send items back. If you cancel your entire order within this period, we also refund standard delivery costs.

Our tags and packaging conditions do not restrict your statutory rights. We may reduce a refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect and try on an item.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
